This morning when I woke up there was frost all over the ground. I put foot warmers on my socks to keep my feet warm as I headed out with my sister-in-law and her 2 adorable children. It was so cold out we could see our breath – (I had to ask the kids to hold their breath in a few shots, to keep the clouds coming out of their mouths to a minimum!) The location we picked had beautiful frost all over the leaves and with the sun beaming down on the ground below us, steam started to rise. It provided for some really cool shots with a foggy look all around them. The kids did an awesome job and it was so fun to photograph them. I only hope that when we take the next step we are blessed with children as amazing as these two!
