When I photograph a wedding its nice to have a second shooter. They have a different perspective, see things from a different angle, and can help you multi-task like crazy. I am lucky enough to have started out second shooting for my sister-in-law, which was how I got into doing weddings. Now, whether she likes it or not, I make her second shoot with me. I can’t say enough great things about her. She always has some great ideas for posing, rocks it with the detail shots, and obviously captures some beautiful moments as well. As an added bonus – she’s super fun to work with!

Yesterday I had the privilege of taking her engagement photos. It was a great day and I got to eat fish and chips – so I was extra happy. So many great things: Photos, friends, and greasy yummy food. She however, had a salad. BORING. Gotta look svelte in that wedding dress though… props to her – I can’t deny the deep fried.
